It’s time for you to blossom.

Let’s get your book ready for your readers.

Congratulations. You’ve decided to invest in yourself as a writer.

Wherever you are in your journey, we can take you to the next level.

This VIP book coaching service is all-encompassing, so I only work with a few VIP clients at a time. This means you can have my complete attention.

You can pick my brain with any bookish question or concern, no matter how big or how small.

Maybe you’re struggling to get your book finished.

There are so many reasons we get stuck: imposter syndrome, writer’s block, a lack of clear direction. Most of the time, just having someone to bounce ideas off can unlock the block and help us get the ball rolling (and get the ink flowing).

Or maybe you finished your novel, but are struggling with analysis paralysis and don’t know the best next steps.

As someone who is familiar with the book-making industry—from the writer’s end of the spectrum all the way through to the reader’s end—I can help you push past obstacles, so you can finish your book.

Maybe you know you need an author platform, but are struggling to get started.

I can help you craft a realistic plan that doesn’t feel icky to you.

Whether you need help turning an idea into a full-fledged story that is satisfying to readers, or you want a discerning pair of eyes on a finished manuscript, we can craft a customized plan to help you reach your goals.

As your book coach, my goal is to help you get your manuscript written, polished, and ready for your readers, while giving you guidance on how to connect your book to your readers.

Together we will look at obstacles that are keeping you from writing and determine how best to overcome them.

We will discuss the craft of writing and the tools available to craft a good story.

And as your needs change, our work together can shift. I bring my up-to-date knowledge of the market to the table as we plan your path to publication. And if you’re wanting to take the traditional route, I can help you prepare a top-notch query package complete with a synopsis, query letter, and agent tracking spreadsheet.

What book coaching can help with:

  • writer’s block

  • time management

  • industry best practices

  • accountability

  • craft concerns (show don’t tell, POV, story arc, character development, pacing, backstory, etc.)

  • line editing assistance

  • market analysis

  • query process

  • author platform

  • foundational advice on indie-publishing

  • contest recommendations

This service is customizable, so let me know how I can help you achieve your goals as an author.

What book coaching can look like:

We’ll craft a VIP coaching package customized to your personality, goals, and real life. You can include as much or as little of the following in your package. And if you need something not listed on this page, just ask.

  • bi-weekly Zoom meetings for goal setting, progress updates, and Q&A

  • audio messaging back and forth

  • continuous access via email

  • beta reading

  • multiple rounds of developmental editing

  • line-editing assistance

  • multiple rounds of crafting query package components (synopsis, pitch, bio, query letter, etc.)

  • researching comparative titles

  • researching agents

  • shared access to query-tracking spreadsheet

What your investment looks like:

When I work with you as a full book coach, you’re getting my experience and knowledge of the craft and industry, as well as actual editing. Though you are paying an hourly rate for my hands-on time, that rate is set to allow me to continue spending the time it takes to stay up-to-date on what agents, editors, and readers are currently looking for.

I don’t charge a lump-sum for vaguely-defined packages that lock you into a monthly payment. I charge by the hour. You can decide how much of my time you use each month.

The initial Zoom meeting is complimentary.

After that, the rate is $75 per hour with a 5-hour minimum to start.

Retainer is invoiced at 5-hour increments.

Lars—Self-published Author

“When I first came to Tiffiny, I had bits and pieces of a manuscript. She helped me organize and outline what I had and make a plan for what was missing. Her check-ins along the way helped move my story from a jumbled mess to a finished manuscript. Tiffiny’s knowledge of the book market is invaluable.”

Michelle—YA Romantasy Author

“I knew something wasn’t working with my storyline, but I couldn’t see exactly what it was nor how to fix it. Tiffiny’s developmental edit made the problems crystal clear and her plan for revisions got me unstuck. After years of working on this manuscript, it is finally moving forward.”
